Fr. Savio Vella, the Archbishop's delegate for youths and chaplain of the Marsa Sports Club, has set up a blog primarily to discuss issues linked to the Diocesan Youth Commission which he heads. From his latest post:

After spending a number of weeks in Australia, I'm back in Malta! During my stay, my days were jam-packed with meetings with several people, most of which have to do with World Youth Day preparations. Here you can see a number of photos which I took... I heartily encourage all of you who have the wish to join us for WYD 08 to start saving money in order for this to be possible...as it will surely be an activity which will remain imprinted in your hearts and minds. In Australia, people are very enthusiastic about WYD and are counting the days till the Maltese contingent comes to spend a number of weeks in their homes and parishes.
